The Lower Face Is Where the Years Show First

and it’s where the work shows first too

I’m Tati Dembowska. Here’s a full session from my club, yours free — 15 minutes on the neck, under the chin, the jowls and along the jawline.

What we work on

The neck Under the chin The jowls The platysma Corners of the mouth The jawline

The one I start every woman on. Not the usual pat-and-rub — we work the platysma and release the jaw, the same way we do it inside the club. Nothing simplified for a freebie: the full session, start to finish. It’s yours whether or not you ever join anything, and it opens the moment you leave your email.

What women write to me

“Yesterday was my first day and I couldn’t believe how different I felt after I did this! I felt like I’d had a big workout (I don’t exercise). All parts I’d exercised felt alive and zingy! This is my new habit — make a coffee when I get up of a morning, and do these exercises while my coffee is cooling. I’ll keep this up. Oh, and I’ll be 70 (!!!) in six months.”

— from a comment on the channel

“I’ve done a few puffy eye massages and none had the moves you offered. Or really explained the fibrosis. I loved this! And the scalp massage felt amazing. I will be returning to this video again and again!”

Natural face and body work — no needles, no surgery

I’ve spent years running a members’ club: live classes 4 times a week, the same women coming back season after season. That’s where I learned what actually keeps someone going, and what quietly makes her drift away.

What I’m making now has to work differently — for you, at home, on your own time, with nobody waiting for you at seven o’clock. I don’t want to guess how that should look, so I’m asking the women it’s for.

The questions are the honest kind. Not “would you like a wonderful program?” but what you’ve already tried, what made you stop, and what would have to be true for you to keep going.
